Why does it matter ?

Cleansing our body of dirt and germs prevents disease and illnesses.

  • Washing hands often reduces the risk of contracting or spreading cold and flu viruses. 
  • Brushing Teeth reduces the risk of oral diseases can permanently damage teeth and impact quality of life. 
  • Exposing ourselves to toxins, whether it be as a smoker, second hand smoke or drugs and alcohol, increases our risk of avoidable diseases.
