 Stress is universal. Everyone experiences stress daily. It’s commonly thought of as being negative, but it can be positive or negative. The paradoxical truth is that we all need stress. The key is to manage it in ways to support good stress and minimize negative stress.

It can motivate us to make the best decisions for our well being

Stress is also a threat to our health when unmananged.

We need to recognize and avoid negative stress when possible and when unavoidable, we need to manage our response to it.
